Our Amazing West Jordan Rambler is 3100 Sq. Ft. with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on .11 acre. It has a finished basement with a gas/slate fireplace, surround sound, and a second kitchen. It has 2 great storage rooms, one for food and the other for larger items. One of the rooms is being used as a hair salon right now which can be easily transformed into a bedroom. The floorplan is very open which makes it easy to entertain large groups. The yard is smaller for easy maintenance. It has a beautiful rock wall in the back yard along with a deck and a nice patio. It is completely fenced in as well. There is also a nice den/living room which we use for an office and it works out perfectly. The laundry room is on the main floor. My husband made some nice built in shelving in the garage which allows for a great amount of storage, they are very nice. There is a park just down the road that you can just walk to. Here are some picture of the backyard. It is small but it is big enough for a trampoline or a small playground. The rock wall looks very pretty when all the flowers are in bloom. There are sprinklers in the rock wall so you don't have to worry about watering. It has a nice deck and patio with stairs. Great for BBQ's and entertaining. We have a small fire pit that we use on the patio and it is lot of fun. The back fence is a very beautful rock, pressed fence, it looks really nice.
